R56 front spotlights fitting?

Anybody know who can fit these and wire them up to my full beam for me?
I had them on car for a few months, but took them off recently and put in the garage as a friend never got round to wiring them up.

Good shout, I've got a set of spots to fit to my R56 but can't locate the high beam wire on the xenons.

Not OEM, but then not OEM price. They also do chrome but I went for stainless steel as (apparently) require less looking after.
