Anti roll bar bolt torque?

Sorry this isnt for a mini its for my leon

Been gettin a rattle for a while so checked car over for like rhe tenth time n found rhe 4 bolts that hold the arb to the chassis loose so tightened them up not as tight as a wheel nut but reasonably tight as didn't wanna sheer one

Anyone know if these kind bolts should be stupidly tight?

when i did my arb on my skoda i didnt go stupidly tight (elbow didnt click ;-) ) but not just nipped up maybe a drop od low streanth thread lock would stop them coming loose

Iv done them up reasonably the now wi jus a standard rachet im hoping itll be fine for after mot lol
