Clutch change r53

How bad is it to do a clutch on an r53 and any recommendations on what to replace it with

its a big job front off the car 6/8 hours work

Not the worst job in the world, I had the engine out the car in 45 mins and on the deck to do a crank seal and ended up just fitting a new dual mass flywheel and clutch kit so that if hopefully never have to pull it appart again lol I just went with a full kit from Luk, didn't take long to pull it all apart and get it back in the car
