Problem with engine

Hi I really have a big problem the engine has been rebuilt just about between getting new timing chain , cam shaft done , cylinder head I still have this on going problem with car idling its rough sounds like its losing power goes up and down then engine light comes on and car sometimes cuts out its horrible to drive cause ur scared to stop then does this !! Was in at a specialist but then I put into bow themselves cause garage gave me car back with cracked windscreen load noise at back so gave me more problems but the power was back but this horrible feeling when car sitting ( u can feel it a bit when driving ) nobody can find what's happening and I'm at my wits end and don't know where else or what to do next ?? They told me to keep driving it till it really goes bad what ?? Any answers would be great x

I take it the car has been decoked? If so, maybe best speaking to Douglas at B & M as he and his team know the cars inside out and being a site sponsor they will look after you .... [emoji2]

Take it you have checked that there are no air leaks or missing pipe work ?

It's in bmw mini the now and can't find anything !! Also noticed oil leek a little as well ! I've to go get car soon but not happy that they can't fix it cause its rubbish to drive x

B&m are 250 plus vat for walnut blast

The engine has been rebuilt just about camshaft had been skimmed and cylinder head sorted new timing chain don't think it will need that since they done all the work already ��
