Sat Nav route planning software upload

Ok guys anyone out there able to use the likes of base camp and or any other software and then upload it on to a sat Nav.

Or
Do you know anyone that could do this.

Not looking for a favor you would be paid but you must 100% be capable of doing this.

What model of Sat-Nav do you own ?
I have the Garmin nüviCam and you can plan trips directly on it.
I've only skimmed over Base Camp but it does look like a great bit of kit once you get your head around it.
