Well been organising an event and below are the details. Being organised through Aberdeen mini owners but everyone is welcome.........
SO...
Names are sought for a potential run on SATURDAY 19 March 2016...(about 10am leave...)
Plan would be 'as usual' meet at shepherds rest,Westhill, Aberdeen(ab32 6hf). Then take a leisurely jaunt up to snow land... Lecht or there abouts...
THERE is NO REQUIREMENT TO BE IN A MINI OR BINI......
IT will be a charity event with money going to
Mountain rescue Team in braemar for rescuing those in need in recent floods..
Other half
To brain tumour research.
spread the word.classic and non classic car owners.. As far as I am concerned only takes two cars to have an event.......

This is an event I am organising..... Not through any specific forum. Nor is it meant to insult any other forum..
It is for charity......to benefit those effected by storm frank and who need(ed) rescued through no fault of their own..
post code now added for the start location...I was told it only took a second to search.

Hard to get up to Aberdeen for that time of day ,so I am out ,the fact that you have organised this to help out with the terrible events that have happened up in the NE is to be commended :thumbs up:

I'm sadly working that day, with no chance of getting it off. For a fantastic cause, which as others have said is to be commended.

There may be a central belt (Dundee load) leaving Perth and meeting in Lecht.....
If if it helps anyone..
raffles and and tickets are alittle hard to organise. This is just a run... For anyone and everyone...
Folks further south, Central belt folks, plan would be to meet about 10am at Perth mcDonalds then 2h 35 (ish) up via pitlochty.... Cracking roads.
Weather permitting..

Great result all round ... Weather looked suspect but at least it didn't dampen the spirits
