International Modified Show 10th April 2016 - CANCELLED BY ORGANISER OF SHOW

As some of you will be aware the above show is taking place at The Highland Show Ground, Ingliston, Edinburgh on 10/4/16.

I've been in touch with the organizer and there will be no Club Stands as such but Clubs can park next to each other :idunno:

Tickets don't go on sale until 1/2/16

I'm thinking we can do what we do for SCS meet before hand, head in together and this will then allow us to be parked next to each other forming a NMS Stand.


I will post more details as I get them

For those that may not have seen yesterdays Facebook post by the organisers of the show. There is a decision being made tomorrow, on if the date of the show is to be moved or not, due to weather conditions.

I will keep everyone posted as and when the information comes through. Feeling let down by the organisers of the show, fingers crossed that the show will go ahead on the proposed date.

Ryan John spencer (The organiser) saying people can all get money back just message me ,people have and he has not ,got screen shots of it all and a call to trading standards coming the English version of shows cancelled/moved dates all very strange ,he has now blocked some of the people who are saying its a scam.

Just clicked the get a refund link. Got an email about 20 minutes later. And my bank show the money provisionally back in my account

For those wanting a refund (like myself) you need to go onto the eventbrite page - log on - along the top appears a message saying your going to this event - click this - then you will get an option for request a refund - click this and flow through

No im in exactly the same boat. Put in my refund request about this time yesterday got an email back saying it was done. Still waiting for the money. I thought it had come through earlier but that was for something else

Getting really tired of all the guys sob stories now about just trying to make a show because of his love of cars. Says something when even your venue is telling you to take a hike

That's good news maybe this fiasco is getting resolved to everyone's liking. I've had an email from Eventbrite saying that they're investigating it all too but could be 4-7 days for a full refund.

The refund if its going back onto a card will take a few days to go through the card system. As it goes back the same way it went, which takes a few days to come off, even though it may show as a withholding on your card
