Dates are not definite yet but I was aiming to do the trip in September 2016.

Many Thanks to Craig (keep up the healthy stuff Big Man - it's working!) for organising today's run, pity my totally rubbish Anti-Rain Dance obviously didn't work... the costume's in the bin. Maybe I just got the moves wrong - there goes my chance on "Strictly Rain Dancing". Or maybe I'm actually brilliant at it! Hmmmm.
Nice to see everybody with their fab and varied cars today, some old friends and some new ones, great to get a wave from Stephen as we passed by! We all just about survived the monsoon(s) and standing water, but I have to say that the weather made the scenery more dramatic, so 'Every Cloud' does indeed have a silver lining. Just the one stone chip to add to my 'NMS Collection' - right in the middle of front of the roof. I now have a matching pair as it's a dead ringer for one I got about 5 years ago. Better to get it while enjoying the car than to ding it doing something dull. Took me a wee while to get into MINI Mode, but by Oban I'd just about remembered how to drive the thing. Taking it for a proper run and talking to Craig and Ollie in Oban made me realise that the car's worth much more to me than whatever money I'd get if I ever sold it, so today helped clear up that wee conundrum.
Hope everybody got home safe and sound, see you soon.

It's important if you put your name down for a run and can't make it that you let the run organiser know that you can't make it as it helps the day run more smoothly and everyone else is not waiting on people that are not going to turn up .
