New Works s ECU

Just picked up my cooper works s :D but i have been advised by the dealer that these new cars have a problem with the ECU and the mapping.

I have not suffered iany symptoms and was not told what the symptoms were. I was only told that there is no known fix as of yet and they think October.

Anybody else received a 210bhp works cooper s and been told anymore info?

very happy yes, but having nver driven a works cooper s before i have nothing to compare it to....

never tried it but would love too, however did get to drive john clarks 200bhp works cooper s when i was 17!! its was amazing! couldnt believe my luck, a crafty LEGAL story behind it, lol

I actually emailed JohnCooper regarding this and they have said there is no problem BUT i need to see my dealer in two weeks as there is a hrdware update to the ECU that requires to be performed...
