Heres a before and after of my car at the start of last month

I'm gonna keep the spotlights, but think I'm gonna remove the stripes.

Any ideas how I can go about it?

Thanks

Think that will look better. Will leave the experts to tell you how to remove properly, but think it's a hairdryer and patience and then a good clean polish and wax of the whole bonnet.

That will look great. best to remove with heat and have some glue remover handy as well as there will be some residue left

Took my defuser decals off with a hairdryer and then tar remover to take the residue away, Polish and wax and it's good as new

I'm not a big fan of bonnet stripes personally but some look brilliant in contrasting colours and then matched with other car bits.
Anyway the others have given you good advice. Hopefully the stripes haven't been on loner you can end up with faded paint underneath. The bonnet stripe adhesive eats into the clear coat and then the paint and if left too long you'll never be able to polish the marks out. When we did Catherine's bonnet I sanded it back to bare metal and even then the marks could be seen where the stripes had been.
The best advice has already been given a hairdryer, heat the stripe, slowly pull it away from the paint trying to keep it all together and then off removed run over or with tar and glue remover, quick polish and your sorted ... Good luck and don't rush it.
