Service history

I have a f56 one D it was in for a service a few week ago it's saying no entries in the service history menu. Is this right I phoned my dealer there and they seem to say it right. I would have thought any service history would show up? I could post a pic but not sure how to do it from my phone.

Not sure on the age of the car or mileage, but it's entirely possible that the vehicle could be 2 years old before any servicing (as was the case with Jude's Paceman)

Been into see mini it not right. I wasn't talking about service indecator. There's a bit in the f56 that shows you your service history when mines was serviced the car didn't record the service. It's going in for a software update next week.
