Newby to new minis... More used to the classics

Hi folks, been around old minis for 6 or 7 years, restored a few etc, still have my 1979 clubman estate with a 16v twin cam k series engine, and my wife has a factory standard sportspack Cooper mpi in surf blue

I've always used the minis for fun as I travel a bit with work, but I Recently decided I wanted a clubman estate and wanted a Cooper s, but the running costs were a bit high for the miles I do. After months of hunting, I eventually bought this very tidy clubman Cooper s diesel, and I'm very pleased with it

Good to have the option, planning a deep winter refurbishment on the clubby this winter, been using it as a test mule so far, time to make it look pretty too :D

Lesleys sportspack has the usual rust spots, but is all original, so we quite like the patina...
