First Time Mini Owner

Hi folks! ✌🏼️ Was told to join this site after joining the NewMiniScotland page on Facebook. Was looking for a daily car that could push all the right buttons and put a smile on my face every time I drove it. I looked at a few different cars then ended up sat behind the wheel of an 09 plate JCW, 2 weeks later that very car was sat in my driveway 👍🏼

I will no doubt be on here looking for info on specialist places/recommendations on upgrades etc, and of course will keep everyone updated as I go 😊
Look forward to meeting everyone and can hopefully tag along when you have some events/meets arranged!

I would like to have the car still looking relatively standard, small tweaks here and there. My main issue the now are the speakers are terrible in my MINI, so I'll be upgrading those first :D

Have a listen to Digital Lemmings (Andrew) set up he has the channel swap oh his Cooper S and makes such an improvement

After doing some researching into the cars old number plates, I came across this forum and I now have this car! It's currently on the previous owner of 3 years before me private reg hence the difference.

Happy to have found a forum and some pics of the car :)
