Fuel

My car was in JC's today having a wee job done & I got them to plug it into diagnostics to check for fault codes as I've noticed a lumpy tickover now & again...and it's felt down on power occasionally.


Only thing recorded was "poor fuel quality", I've only used Optimax & Tesco Momentum 99 recently. Going to avoid Tesco from now on...maybe just a bad batch.


Anybody else had issues??

mine isnt too keen on tesco fuel either but its ok on asda and bp

Interesting,never had a problem with V-power Nitro or Momentum ,do you use the same fuel stations all the time ?

Nevee had any problems with either Vpower or Momentum, on,y fuel I use

Normally use one of 4 depending where I am...think it's Tesco Cupar causing the problem which doesn't surprise me there!!

Will it be ok to use in my new Cooper

I have had problems with tesco fuel in the past.
I prefer v-power but it's a treck for me to get it !!
