NMS BBQ Saturday 4th July

Good evening folks!

As the club calendar says we pencilled in a BBQ meet for 4th July, we usually meet at Granada services and drive to the beach. Does the 4th suit everybody as I know it's late notice or would it be better nearer the end of July?? It was a great night out last year, thoughts on a postcard :)
