Fault code - 28AA

My r56 cooper s is throwing up the eml and the fault code is - 28AA bypass blow off valve plausibility

What is the resolution for this? A new bv unit? Diverter valve? Im unsure any help? Cheers

Never got a fault code up on mine but my vaule stuck open the make of the DV vaule was GFB from AMD tuning
