As title this just arrived, diy job or get a professional? discs and pads coming as well so should i stick it in the garage or can the mount be done on the drive with a limited tool box and even more limited skill with said tools?

I was planning on just doing my discs myself jonnie, but the rear pistons need winding back in rather than just pushing like the front, so for the brakes alone and with my similar level of toolage and ability, the garage beckons.

As for an engine mount, so far out of my skills and knowledge level I'm afraid. I'd probably end up with my engine sitting on the garage floor with a multitude of bent and broken parts.

I would think that you would need a trolley jack or similar to support the engine while you remove the mount, as for the brakes a good socket set and some basic tools should get you there, caliber piston wind back can be done with long nose pliers so I have been told on here.

I had my Vibra Technics mount fitted at 1320 whilst I was having some other bits and bobs done.
They have all gear to do it safely and they know what their doing, I don't.
