cant set my clock

on an r59 jcw i have no time showing on the radio or center display .ive read the manual but there is no option to set the clock from the setup menu

what did i f.... eerm brake

Start the engine - that way, you've definitely got the ignition on and you will find the clock in the set-up menu. Just putting the key fob in isn't enough for many menu activities.

ive tried that but the clock icon isnt showing up in the setup menu

Do you have Sat Nav by any chance?
On mine i have to press the rotary switch on beside the gear stick when the Nav is on to show / hide the clock, not really sure about the latest models though

got it sorted thanks its in the radio setup menu not the dashboard as it says in the handbook
