R56 Rear Knocking Noise

Looking for help or if anyone has experienced this before

My 2010 R56 S has developed a knocking noise coming from the rear of the car, its only noticeable at low speeds, in town, car parks etc. checked all the obvious, tail gate, parcel shelf, loose items in the boot, also changed the rear roll bar bushes but the noise is still there and getting worse.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, its driving me daft

Normally a knocking sound like that is a Drop Link/ Tie Bar on the way out.

Had this on the Golf and that was what was diagnosed, new rod fitted and knocking went away.
