Wanted: Mini Cooper

Hi folks, some of you may know that I wrote off my poor mini the other week :( so iv finally been given a settlement from my insurers and I'm desperate to get another one. Does anyone know of any for sale preferably in scotland. I need it to come as perfect as I can get for my budget of just under £5000. If anyone could help I would be very very grateful x x

I know what I don't want, I don't want brown lol. I'm pretty open to suggestion, I'm not very clued up on much to do with mini's as my last one was my first and I never really got much chance to make any changes to her :( I need an aux point in the car which is kinda why I was going for 2007 models and newer. I'm more interested in it's looks than anything else at the moment :) as long as it looks great il be interested haha!

Mine has the audio port and I've done the front to rear speaker mod as well.

Oddly enough, no pics at the moment and the car is filthy with my commute from Dalgety Bay to Glenrothes. I'm going to be busy Saturday, but I'm going up to Knockhill on Sunday afternoon to look over some cars that may be competing next year. Could sort something out around that, or next week

Ps what colour is your roof and what bonnet do you have on it? I know a lot of the guys on here have changed the bonnet on your model so just checking :) x

White roof, two white stripes on standard bonnet. The wheels are Riva alloys, Dunlop runflats with good tread , and I have winters on S-Spokes which may go on this weekend

Having Bilsteins is good, however mind you'll need to declare that to your insurer. A good one won't charge you much for a decent mod like that

Thanks. Still not sure about moving it on, but the lack of boot space is becoming an issue for me. I fancy a Clubbie S with the N18 engine, but they're scarce or a Fiesta ST. I think I might miss it when it goes.

Still hanging about waiting for this damn insurance money 😩 they've told me three different dates and each date has come and gone :( so as soon as I have it in my hand il be organising viewings. Don't want to muck folk about. X

Yeh I went to see it, it was a total mess :(
