Just got my mini cooper this monday love it. Bought a official mini key cap that enables functions from your smartphone. Anyway first took ages to get original one off but now cant seem to get the new one on must be a knack if anyone can help. And when I get it on does anyone use one as wondering what apps to get for it on my phone.

Sorry not too sue how these work .. Do they provide a connection with the car to your phone then transfer the information to the centre display ? Is it like MINI enable ?

I've got that exact one on mine. Didn't realise it wouldn't work with a iPhone. Duh. Anyway just put it over the keyfod and gently press it goes on but not as snug as the original seems as if it will come off dead easy. But it stays in place fine.
