New site user.....Ayrshire based

Hi guys,

Recently signed up to this site. I personally don't own a Mini but my wife has a 2007 R56 Cooper D. I have previously owned a 2003 Cooper S which she loved hence why she wanted a Mini.

A niggle that it has are the front fog lights, such poor quality but I have sourced a replacement set so I will do some searching to find best way to fit them without removing the bumper.

As said, I'm based in Ayrshire and see plenty of Mini's around here.

I'm not sure you can, I know you can't on the R56 JCW, the washer bottle is in the way, unless it's just the bulbs and not the whole units.

Welcome to NMS. You will need to remove the bumper if it's a whole new unit. If it is just replacment bulbs there is an access in the wheel arch

Both light units changed without the removal of the bumper. The passengers side was tight due to the washer bottle but all done within an hour.

Here is a wee photo of the car after a 2 day detail (my guilty pleasure)!
