I've got a massive 'creak'

The creaking coming from the near-side rear end is driving me crazy - any one had this happen to them - loud and sounds like plastic rubbing against plastic.

Also the runflat light came on after this 60 mile drive - checked all tyres - nuffin - so reset - bahh
