Hi guys, thinking of lowering the wife's r56 lci cooper, just had the wheels done gloss black. Just wondering if anyone's lowered theirs with h&r springs or any other make of lowering springs. Pics would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Put coils on, far better than springs

I'm the complete opposite I'd do lowering springs .. if it's just for a slightly lower stance.
Be a lot cheaper ..

Cheaper but worse... You get what you pay for. BCs or APs for a nice comfy rise

Lowering springs = loss of grip, been there and done that and won't do it again

Oh well I'll see how I get on when I get round to fitting mine !!! :)

Put Gtt springs in mine instead of coilovers. No complaints.

Hi Eddie, where could I find gtt springs? Had a works lowered on springs before and it was well planted through the corners, coilovers are better, but if it's only a subtle drop springs are fine ;-)
