Which 2 way Radio do you have?
With MITP and the highland tour coming up I think it's about time I got myself one. Any suggestions?

I have Motorola radios. Any PMR radio will do. My advice this is don't go too cheap as they then don't do much distance..... Check 2wayradioshop.co.UK (I think)

Daft question - do these just work across the 2 handsets or if we are all on the same frequency across all the receivers?

I think as long as you're all on the same frequency and within range it works across all receivers.
Must pick up a set myself for the Highland tour come to think of it.

It's down to your handset but they normally have 8 channels and 24 subjects within the 8. Ie 1-1 to 1-24. It does vary tho.
We have historically used 4-17 for our runs etc but you can use any channel/sub channel combination. Be aware tho that other people can use the same channel and could listen to your transmission. :)
