My r56 cooper seem to have lost power
When accelerating it seem to go very rough as if it is thinking about then going
When stopped and idling seem as if it chugging
Any ideas?

No warning lights at all

Could be lots of things but try leads n plugs first

anyone have an idea
car still losing power
fitted new ignition coils, spark plugs, vanos solenoid
changed oil and filters

Your vanos is your valve timing system so it's probably your timing chain and tensioner
