Hi All!

I've just joined NMS after placing the order for a new Mini Cooper yesterday! I'm really excited as it's the first time I've bought a car going with my heart's desire rather than what looks most economical and least expensive on an Excel spreadsheet... only six-eight weeks to wait for delivery.

This forum looks like a good place for information for new and existing owners alike; wish I'd joined a week earlier as I note that the Mini dealer from whom I'm buying my Mini sponsors the site and I could've got free TLC if I'd bought it a few days earlier... c'est la vie!

Slàinte!

Not much to say about the specification! Volcanic orange Cooper, only extras ordered are leather steering wheel and space-saver wheel and jack - left it as standard 15" alloys (rough roads out where we live) and it'll be easier getting winter tyres sorted later in the year.
