Good evening felow mini drivers, thought I would sign up to this forum as I've just purchased a 2004 R50 Mini Cooper a few weeks ago, car is in decent nick just needs a few things done to it

First thing i done was an oil change, new wipers then led sidelights and recently changed the main bulbs as well

Just paid for my insurance recently and also being 18 dosent make it any better so a bit strapped for cash now however future plans will be to get an aero grill for the front and change bumpers to cooper s bumpers, new wheels and an exhaust if insurance lets me.

Well I hope you lot improved on the footy pitch as you lot used to get horsed by us guys back in my day :soccer:

Dunno much about Scorpion but I'm sure it will sound a lot better than standard.

I've got the full Playmini manifold, sport cat & stainless rear system on mine & let's just say I rarely drive about without my window half open ........... :motoring:

Have no idea how they are now, not 100% sure on getting it, a new one will cost £260 however this is only £150 and I'm a bit strapped for cash right now so wandering if I should do it or not, used aftermarket exhausts hardly ever come up for sale.

Sounds like a good set up, uncle has a stainless steel exhaust on his R50 and it loud as f*** and don't think I could live with that.

Did you notice any power gains as such with that set up?

Any difference between the playmini and scorpion exhaust apart from looks?
Think the playmini looks better tbh, still got the chance to buy a scorpion for £150 but I've just bought some xenon's yesterday.
