Black Headliner/Interior Trim

Has anyone on here got a black headliner and pillar trims ? I am thinking of changing mine as its currently the light creamy colour and I thnk Black would look much nicer against the interior.

I know this was an option on some Mini's and was listed as "Anthracite" but would like to see a photo of one to see how it looks.

I can get special dye to do the headliner itself since its fabric and changing the colour of the plastic items is easy enough so really its just time consuming more than anything.

Anyone else done this ?

My wife's R50 has an anthracite interior and black headlining, my previous R53 had this too, but sadly my current R53 doesn't. I'll take some photos tomorrow and post for you.

Personally, I love the dark interior and doesn't look grubby like the lighter trim can.

I am happy to be a guinea pig on this one for changing the colour and if it works out Ill happily do a "how to" :)

I got it done on my Cooper Parklane by the dealer think it cost me £300 odd but that was a few years ago

Had it in my older r53, realy liked it. Made it feel cosyer.
