Hi there I am thinking of getting a jcw stage one exhaust back box or a milltek but do not want a loud exhaust what would you recommend its to fit a cooper s 08 plate

What do you want from the exhaust - noise, power?

Why not get one built to your own requirements just as good as a Milltek or JCW and some are even cheaper ..

I don't think the Miltek looks the best. The Stage 1 JCW exhaust will be a bit louder but not in your face.
