iphone reset help

ok i am needing to rest an old i phone but the problem is my old email has been shut down and i can not access icolud as it wont recognise my password or user name so wont let me reset any way round this ??

Hope this isn't a stoopid question but have you went to www.icloud.com (http://www.icloud.com) and then clicked on forgot password? This links to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid where you can reset your apple password here via security questions as opposed to getting an email sent? :confused:

Yes i had done that but it was not recognising my DOB but sorted loged in under apple email rather than other email 😁
