Mini Specialists Lothians

Can anyone point me in the direction of any good Mini specialists in the Lothians or Edinburgh? I know Peter Vardy is at Seafield - are they good/reliable/too expensive? I've looked at Deutschemarque and Danderhall/The Wisp and they have a service plan at around £20 p/m which covers parts (non wear and tear) and labour on servicing and MOTs over a fixed term (2,3 or 4 years). I suppose I'm really looking for others' experiences, good or bad to try to filter out the rubbish.....

Also, does anyone in Scotland do the walnut shell de-coke?

Now our car is out of warranty, i get all my work done at Howard Selby's in North Berwick. Mom (Sioban) used to work there and the owner is totally trustworthy / reliable. never had any problems.
