Good idea William. Like you, we have missed too many runs this year, for one reason or another. So 17th seems like a goer for Mom and I. North Berwick indian restaurant does an excellent " eat all you can buffett" for £10 a head, but doesn't open till 5.00pm. Fish supper at Eyemouth or North Berwick would be an option if they are within your planned route?

Thats the run notes complete folks. Should be up shortly after I have sent them to Alan.

Can I ask that everyone brings a flask with hot water in so that we can make tea along the way please, as we do have a few tea stops along the way. Could I also ask people to bring some homebaking (or shop bought we won't judge) cakes etc to accompany the tea/coffee

DigitalLemming
10th November 2013, 09:20 PM
William, do you mind if I bring along some soft drinks as an alternative? I don't own a flask! and don't drink tea/coffee normally.

I would make something to eat but someone might eat it all before it gets to you  so I'll grab some things from the shop that way I can't eat them without opening the wrapper first!

In middle of 'pre-Christmas Madness' at work and yet anther rush job coming in at end of week which will require a Sunday Shift (can't do it on Sat as Dad and I have a day planned and a classical concert in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall that night). Work gets in the way of FUN yet again :frown: but can't turn it down as we're a skint Voluntary Organisation and need to make dosh when we can. A big thanks to Siobhan and Malcolm setting up dinner, great end to the day. Hope you've made it home by now Adam and thanks to you and Ali, don't think I'd have found my way to the A1 without getting confused and lost. Trust the Krispy Kremes where worth the detour!

Only took one wrong turn this time, in my defense that wasn't my fault I was following the car in front! :p
