Has anyone else discovered the RAC website. Its pretty cool.
It has a route finder which is quick and gives really good descriptions, and is free with no need to register.

It also has a neat little feature for checking up a brief history of any car in the uk. Just chuck in the reg plate and you get make, model, year of manufacture, how many owners it's had, and when it was last sold. You have to register to use this feature though.
