Well a year ago in mid aug I made a bet with a mate on who could get a better 6 pack in a year

Well this is me so far still got a few more weeks to go so should get a bit more definition yet well I hope :lol:

Yep it's like night and day deal better in myself as well I never realised how skinny I was till a month or so ago when looking thro some old photo's
