Oxygen Blue in Aberdeen

Hi all

Name's Chris, can usually be found on the VW forums under the same username. My better half and I have just put down a deposit on a 59 plate Oxygen Blue Cooper D hatch.

Had an all day test drive in a 13 plate Cooper D and loved it.

Look forward to seeing what the site has to offer.

I haven't had a full time VW for a couple of years as we have been in my better half's Yaris which is being traded in for the Mini, however I have a Mk1 Golf cabrio as a summer toy ;)

The Mini arrives - all going well - on the 18th :)

hi :welcome: I do like oxygen blue :yes nod: I generally like the colours that aren't really common to be honest I think minis were made for unusual colours, but I actually really fancied oxygen blue myself - was gutted that it had just been discontinued :/

We originally were going to go for Ice Blue, but then spotted the OB one on the "coming soon" section of the cherished website. Our's has a black roof too and no doubt will spend most of its time as a seagull target...
