WC 50 in North Berwick

Spotted a WC 50 in NB today........no not ours. It was number 052 with the reg plate 9 MRS. Anyone any ideas who it might be? I did think I had seen the reg plate before, but not on a Mini.

WC50s are obviously as common as muck - but not as common as those GPs, they're EVERYWHERE! :smilewinkgrin:
