TLC XL Pack

I am wanting to renew my tlc service cover as it has expired. When I asked the local dealer about getting the XL pack in February, they said that I would be contacted by MINI about it, but this hasn't happened.
So, I'm wondering am I supposed to buy the pack from a MINI dealer or order it direct from MINI?

Went to my local MINI dealer this morning and ordered the pack.
