JCW Front Bumper

there appears to be black plastic bits hanging down in front of my - Front Wheel - wheel arches on my FJCW mini, one is kinda snapped the other intact, do you guys tend to leave yours on.

I know some of you with lowered cars removed theres.

I never fitted mine. They stop air from gathering in the arches and causing a 'lift' effect but I have no idea if they work or not. I think they are on expanding rivets which should just pull off IIRC
