Hello All BRG FJCW

Afternoon from sunny Scotland!

Today I picked up my new car, a factory John Cooper works in British Racing Green - many thanks to Douglas Park Hamilton and Andy in particular who's service was superb, attentive, thoughtful and reactive.

My car is a 2010 edition with sub 15k miles.

I come from an r56 cooper s - which had a plethora of issues, always dealt with by Mini Hamilton again - david stewart in service - has been very good !

My original cooper s was sourced from Douglas Park Glasgow, and everything about that experience was negative, it has been excellent to meet a car sales professional who is exactly that - a professional - and a dealership which really cares.

ach it's the wrong green anyway ;) (as opposed to one of my neighbours' house - and yes that is why the colours were chosen!) this is why I would never have any union jack bits on the car, not worth the grief!

Cheers Guys. Yes Union Jack bits can cause an issue I imagine. Oh well !!! Had the car out this morning. Initial thoughts that my cooper s was just as quick have been put to the side. Loving the new wheels ;) but have winter tyres on just now and they are a bit slider when temp goes up. Next up will be getting g the toyo non rf on :)

It was, the owner specced it really well, and it was well cared for - He chopped it in for a new JCW in black with red roof.
