Mebbie. I have a wee Flash/Animated Gif creation tool at work which is pretty good. Not sure if I can reverse engineer one, but I'll have a look tomorrow.

I've managed to get a gif extractor and have extracted the 4 files that make this gif, now i'm trying to edit the text, paint shop pro is a nightmare for editing text :argh:
To make a gif is easy, there are loads of online creators where you just upload the images into the online thingymabob and hey presto
