Hunger Games

Went to the midnight premier of the Hunger Games last night.

Must say that the transition from book to film was very good and would highly recommend folks to read the books first :thumbs up:

The movie came out don't realy read books so would I still enjoy the film ??Yes, you'd still enjoy it, but, you'd lose the sense of perspective of the story, what i mean is, how it moved onto the movie from the story, it couldn't have been easy to get all the special effects right etc, but, as i say, they did a great job and the film on it's own is still a good watch :thumbs up:

Never heard of the book but heard the name a lot since it came out at the pics. Can I ask for a quick synopsis so I know what it's about and don't feel as thick.

The land is made into 12 districts, from each district one male and one female are selected to go to the main capitol and enter in an arena where they must kill each other until one person remains.
