Picked this up on tM, don't know if anyone has heard about this...

A small number of people seem to have had Countrymans recalled (A Cooper D, built Nov 2010 was mentioned but no idea of the cross section affected) for "work on fuel lines". I believe it's fuel line splitting and a 1hr piece of work. Might only be specific age/model but don't know.

Had the wife on the phone this morning letting me know that our new Countryman kept cutting out on her....she parked it at the end of our street and had to call her parents for a lift to work - phoning the 'MINI Emergency' number when I get home. Hope its not this fault!

I’ll have to take a look a good friend has a 1 year old now Cooper S All 4 Countryman. She still has had no call from the dealers….
