So, I have the car jack for the CM in the lower part of the boot but as there is no spare wheel (just GUNK to seal tyre) is there any point in carrying the jack around taking up space?

What do other CM and MINI owners alike think?

Thoughts and views most welcome...

Thanks

...I know, cannot figure it out, unless it is meant for home / garage use only:blink: but I think a trolley jack would be better...?

...from the way it reads I don't think the car needs jacked up, but maybe it does???

Good point!!.......have been carrying a jack about for all these years and have never thought about it....Doh.
Would need to carry the locking wheel nut bolt, so that AA man or garage could remove wheel if necessary.

...the locking wheel nut for the CM is in a compartment where you get access to rear light bulbs, separate from the jack. As CM owners will no doubt say the jack does take up a fair amount of room.

The jack is supplied for continental drivers to do the winter tyre change, I wasn't supplied with the original CM when it launched and was retrofitted by dealers.
