Anyone passing Charing Cross in Glasgow please beware of the absolutely evil pot hole. The repair strip in the link below is completely breaking up and the council just keep making crappy repairs that don't last. The tarmac ends up further down the road in chunks.

It was full of water this morning and an unfortunate BMW owner went through it with the loudest bang I've ever heard.

ah cool I see you've altered the link - is it right 'there'?

I altered the link as I spelt Charing Cross wrong :)

The worst bit should be right in the centre of the google image. Just next to the path, right hand lane travelling north bound on the A804 intersecting with Sauchiehall Street.

There's another good site that I rant on occasionally called http://www.Fixmystreet.com reports are sent to the Council if relevant and you get asked 4wks later whether anything's been done. It actually works sometimes!

When you usually see these things they lack drivers input but I hold my hand up, it has all my local potholes more or less although ( putting my grumpy old mans hat on) I could add a few.

Good spot!
