Spoiler fitting - tips?

I'm about to fit a CS Spoiler to my MO and was wondering if any of you guys might have any tips on this...?

Also, what washer + nut size do i need for the spoiler's threaded studs? i've been told M6....

funny you should ask :D just fitted s spoiler tonite 20:00
piece of cake... :p got a friend to help. pop out grommets
use small pilot drill then 6mm drill ( i think ) little silicon
to seal ...... hey presto :p take one step backward & admire :D
