hi everyone! just registered yesterday and its nice to see so many folk with mini's and some good runs near me ;) picked up my 06 one checkmate, just wondering if anyone else on here has a checkmate as ive NEVER seen another thats not an S. either way, its a total joy to drive and i hope to see some of you on future runs and meets!

I'm confused, when they brought out the special editions I'n 06 they were a One Seven, Cooper Parklane and a Cooper S Checkmate. I've never heard of mini making a One Checkmate :confused:

Looks like it's been repainted ?!?!? Cos it looks like space blue but dvla says it should be green... I'm more confused now... Did the garage say it had been repainted?
