Im thinking about getting my s 17" wheels charcoled. I.e coated grey rather than plain silver. I think it would look pretty cool, and it will also cover up the awful kerbed alloys on the left side (not my doing!!) . ANy tips on how, where etc?? DO you think it would look good, or tacky?

MINI/BMW have just started offering the R90s in a anthracite coating for the spokes which is kinda similar to what you're talking about. Personally i dont like the anthracite r90s but its all about personal taste at the end o'the day...

There are a few places in edinburgh do it - Newlife tyres will do them in a day for you for about £35 per wheel - you leave the car with them - go shopping and come back and it's done! :)
