engine nooks and crannies most likely to leak

i have found a small leak dripping from the bottom of the engine but i am sure it starts out life further up the engine as i have wiped it dry and it hasnt dripped back although i havent run the car anywhere

is there a most likely place for this to be comming from??

any help would be great

Rocker covers and sump's are known to leak due to gasket failure ;)
