hi i am about to change all 4 tyres on mini present size are 205/45/17 runflats and i am looking at fitting standard tyres but noticed there is a differance in prices from 205 and 215 /45/17 could i fit the 215 tyre to mini cooper 07 model on crown s spoke wheels /cheers ?

yes, no problem either in 45 or 40 profile

Yep 215 will fit fine I run 215/35/18 on my Gp in the summer

I’ve had 225/40 R18s on my old MINI. It was OK but the steering was a little heavy in sport mode

hi thanks for replies once the weather changes i will fit steel wheels/snow tyres and see if i can get new tyres in january sales? /i am also planning to get the alloys cleaned and powered coated as front drivers side as a small scuff on it /does any know a company local to banchory /aberdeen area that refurbishes alloys ?cheers .

Laws Tyres, BoD. They're an agent for Pristine, who seem to be one of the best refurbishers in the country
